The inclusion of any business listing, supplier profile, advertisement, or promotional content does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, or guarantee by Supply2u regarding the quality, reliability, legality, safety, availability, or suitability of such products or services.
Certain features of the platform may require users to create and maintain an account. Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information when necessary.

Businesses represent that they possess all necessary rights and permissions to provide such content.
Users and businesses agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Supply2u, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising from:
